How We Use Your Information

We use information for: extracting text from images using on-device OCR, converting text to speech locally, storing voice/speech preferences, and maintaining scan history when you save items. All processing occurs locally using Apple's Vision Framework.

Data Security

We protect your information by: processing all OCR on-device using Apple's Vision Framework, storing data within the iOS sandbox environment, implementing Apple's security guidelines. Anonymous analytics are sent to TelemetryDeck over encrypted connections. Your scanned content never leaves your device.

You can manage your information through the app interface and iOS Settings:

• Free: Basic camera scanning and text-to-speech. MultiScan 2 pages
• Standard (annual): Copy, edit, save, search, export features. MultiScan 5 pages
• Pro (annual): All Standard features plus Dark Mode, custom voices, photo gallery picker, document scanner. MultiScan 50 pages

Payment & Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
• Payment charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation
• Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Subscriptions
• Refunds handled by Apple according to their policies

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your region to use the app.

Acceptable Use

• Use only for lawful purposes
• Do not scan copyrighted content without permission
• Do not reverse engineer or tamper with the app

Scanning Accuracy

OCR and speech may contain errors, especially with complex layouts or low-quality images. Always verify against the original. The app does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to content you scan
• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to scan content
• App UI, features, and assets are protected by IP laws
• Do not reproduce or distribute app content without permission

Security & Prohibited Conduct
